THE STORY BEHIND THE PERSON
Jay has been a fitness instructor since 2007 and has a lot of experience understanding different bodies and backgrounds of individuals to ensure optimum participation regardless of any fitness levels in a safe and nurturing environment. Her main skill is to ensure correct and proper form in all programs she covers. Jay has a loyal following to students and it is a testament to her capabilities as well as passion in her work. Her attention to detail and her ability to communicate it to her students makes Jay one of the most sought after instructors in her field. Jay is one of the few instructors in the Klang Valley with her range of skills. If you ever have the chance to join any of her classes, you will understand why she is the best at what she does.
