This is our third installment of workshops by the one and only Aiesha  Asmadi (IG: @aiesha_asmadi). She is a professional in all aspects, not just in her career in sports medicine but also her personal achievements in the bikini physique arena.  She has been on the stage as well as the podium numerous times.

She is not only a fighter in her craft but also in her life, where she fought and won against cancer not once but twice!

She intends to focus on her PERSONAL experience as cancer survivor, busy professional woman and athlete. How will share on how she manages to compete at high level, perform well, injury free despite involving in high risk sports (Bodybuilding).

Her talk will cover her self care strategy which includes how to :
1) leverage and useblood work
2) include periodization in training
3) plan a recovery strategy
4) include injury prevention in your regime.
